On August 24th, Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark Administration work together with Science, Technology, Forestry and Grassland Administration of Alxa Zuoqi, carrying out onsite investigation of wildlife diseases monitoring, wildlife inspection and protection etc..
The team carried out investigation at the lakes in Tengger Desert, and the herdsman grassland where wild animals are often spotted. Publicized the laws and regulations on wildlife protection for the herdsmen near the wildlife habitat, introduced in detail the protective measures for the wildlife and diseases control, and educated and guided the herdsmen to consciously resist the destruction of wildlife resources.
