Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark is the only global geopark that systematically and completely displays the process of wind geological process and takes desert geological relics as the mainstay.  It contains rich natural resources and profound historical culture.  In order to better publicize Alxa and disseminate its unique natural resources, geological landform, profound history and folk culture to a wider and more distant place, on September 6, 2022, Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark Administration specially invited two teachers from the technical support unit Beijing Yunjing Shijie Media Technology Co., Ltd., to hold the second phase of science popularization webcast training at the League Forestry and Grassland Bureau.

The training lasts for one day.  The online and on-the-spot training is carried out at the same time.  Alxa Desert UGGp Administration Ejina branch and Alxa Right Banner branch participated in the training online, and Alxa Left Banner branch participated in the training at the League Bureau office site.  The training content mainly focused on the topics of live broadcast and script planning and production.

It is planned that there are 24 sessions for this webcast training, including theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills.  In the next step, we will go deep into the geopark, and use the training content to carry out field shooting and live broadcast.

Through this training, the work skills of the staff of the Geopark have been further improved. At the same time, the combination of traditional culture and new media means has opened up new ideas for the future development of science popularization activities in the Alxa Desert UGGp, and laid a good foundation for better publicity of Alxa.
