On January 14, 2025, the Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark Administration organized a warm and meaningful condolence activity for retired stuffs. Led by members of the administration's leadership team, the visiting group paid visits to three retired stuffs, conveying the care and warmth of the Party and the organization.  

During each visit, the condolence team engaged in heartfelt conversations with the retired stuffs. They inquired in detail about their daily lives and health conditions, listened patiently as the retirees reminisced about their time working at the Geopark Administration, and earnestly noted their suggestions and opinions on the Geopark's development. The retired cadres are witnesses and contributors to the Geopark's growth, having dedicated hard work to its construction and laying a solid foundation. Their experience and wisdom are invaluable assets. Though retired, they still care deeply about the Geopark—a spirit worthy of admiration.  

During the visits, the condolence team also presented carefully prepared gifts, wishing the retirees a happy and healthy life. The retired cadres expressed deep gratitude for the administration's care and condolences, stating that they would continue to support and follow the development of the Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark as always.  

This condolence activity not only made the retired cadres feel the warmth of the Party and the organization's care but also further promoted the traditional Chinese virtues of respecting, honoring, and cherishing the elderly. The Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark Administration will continue to refine and strengthen its work for retired cadres, ensuring their retirement lives are vibrant and fulfilling.
