The Administration for Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark puts forward an innovative capacity building method that all staff of the administration share about their own geopark administrative tasks to others on a weekly basis, to learn from each other.  

The understanding level of UGGp concepts and administrative ability have directly effected the Geopark management level.  The sharing sessions are not only enrich geopark learning methods, but also strengthen their own works and understand other colleague’s business, also improving the cooperation and service consciousness between different departments, creating a group of excellent staff with professional proficiency.
