From September 24^th -27^th, the representatives of Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark has visited Zhangye UNESCO Global Geopark to carry out exchange,communication and study activities.  Moreover, a twinning agreement has also been signed with Zhangye UNESCO GLobal Geopark. 

The representatives of ADUGGp has attended the opening ceremony of Institute of Natural Culture of China Univerisity of Geosciences (Beijing)-Zhangye UGGp Branch, visited Zhangye UGGp Geo-museum and typical geoheritages, and then participated creative development seminar. 

This visited has set a clear vision for ADUGGp on geoheritage conservation, natural enviornment protection, spreading geoscience knowledge to general public, carrying out geo-tourism, promoting local economy sustainable development.  Meanwhile, it is very important that ADUGGp has learnt the new cooperation mode with CUGB in the future.
