On November 8, in order to give full play to the stimulating and leading role of advanced models and to solidly promote the construction of the Party branch of the Alxa Desert UNESCO Global Geopark Administration, the Party branch held a Party Day activity with the theme of "learn from the role models around us and welcome Mr.TUO Sitai back from assisting the High-Tech Zone".

Every role model is the benchmark of the times.  At the meeting, members of the Party branch learned from TUO Sitai’s assisting in the front line of COVID-19 response.  In October 2021, TUO Sitai took the initiative to participate in assisting the COVID-19 response work in Ejin Banner.  In October 2022, he went for the second time to assist the COVID-19 response work in High-tech Zone.  He said, "only by forging ahead, tackling the challenges head on, solving the difficulties of the people in a down-to-earth manner, can be worthy of Party's educating and the trust of the people."
