On the afternoon of October 10, the property manager of the Xinxin Community and the representative of the community paid a visit to Alxa Desert UGGp Administration. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the geopark administration dedication to solving community issues and serving the people with sincerity, enthusiasm, and effort. This was expressed through their genuine actions and practical solutions to address the concerns of the local residents.

There is a community in Geopark territory, the Xinxin Home, the uneven and dusty road surface of car park especially after rainfall, which affected residents' mobility, Alxa Desert UGGp Administration proactively contacted the community for coordination. They worked closely with various interconnected and interactive agencies, allocating a donation of 2,200 Chinese yuan and contributing 40 cubic meters of fine sand for the construction. This involved leveling and paving, effectively addressing the concerns of Xinxin Home residents. It also improved the cleanliness and hygiene of the environment, earning widespread praise from the community. This action not only eased the residents' worries but also strengthened the new model of grassroots governance, cooperation.  It clearly demonstrated the commitment to and implementation of the collective efforts towards better community management.

The Alxa Desert UGGp Administration has always placed great importance on collaborative cooperation with local community. In recent years, the geopark administration has continuously extended its service reach to grassroots levels, demonstrating its media responsibilities through practical actions. It has consistently delved into the Helan Mountain Community to carry out various initiatives such as "Doing Good for the People," "Descending to the Grassroots to Understand, Solve and Warm the People's Hearts," and "Double Reporting to the Community." It has provided substantial support to the community in areas such as COVID-19 prevention and control, civil creation, old neighborhood renovation, and assistance to vulnerable households. Each of these concrete actions has strengthened the relationship between the geopark and the people, and each genuine act has found a place in the hearts of the community members. The visible changes have improved the community's appearance, enhancing the sense of achievement, happiness, and satisfaction among community residents, which has been widely praised and recognized by the Helan Mountain Community.

This red banner given by the community, not only symbolizes the recognition and affirmation of our work by the property manager of Xinxin Home, the homeowner's committee representatives, and the residents, but also serves as an honor and a source of motivation. It represents our responsibility and commitment. Looking ahead, the Alxa Desert UGGp Administration will continue to leverage its strengths, getting closer to the people and serving the community. We will intensify the regular service work of cadres and Party members in the community and continuously explore new ways and methods to contribute to community governance and the creation of a better life for all, thus making a positive difference in the grassroots level administration.
