Recently, National Forestry and Grassland Administration issued a notice on “full realization of nature education activities for all”.  For a best practice, nearly 400 teachers and students from Ejin middle school, Ejin primary school and Ejin Mongolian school participated the nature education activity “Cherish Beautiful Earth, Protect the Green”, which sponsored by Administration for ADUGGp (Ejin Branch) on April 19, 2019.

The natural education included 5 courses, they are desert vegetation awareness, grassland forest fire prevention, tree planting, DIY handicrafts of fallen branches, and hand drawing “populus forest in mind” on eco-friendly tote bags 

Meanwhile, the Populus Forest was titled as " Scientific and Practical Research Education Base to Primary and Secondary Schools” of ADUGGp.  The representatives of the students participated in the activity read out the proposal of protecting the mother-earth in Mongolian and Chinese languages, and proposed to all primary and secondary school students to start making contributions to the protection of the environment and geological resources.

Through the activities, the students fully understand the fragility of Ejin and Alxa's special eco-environment, enhancing their awareness of environmental protection.  With their imagination and creativity, the students showed their unique views on protection and caring for earth development.  The seeds of ecological civilization construction, perspective sustainable development, the ideas of respecting nature, were planted in the heart of each Ejin's youth.
