In order to improve management capabilities of ADUGGp, to learn good experiences and practice from other UGGp, to strengthen the experience exchange and cooperation with sister geoparks, from July 30 to August 1,2019, a group of seven staff of Administration for ADUGGp and its branch administration, visited Cangshan UNESCO Global Geopark in Dali City, Yunnan Province.  Carrying out exchange and communication sessions such as on site field investigation and held symposium.  Both parties had an in-depth discussion and exchange ideas on the experiences including the construction and management concepts of UGGp, science and research projects, future planning, sustainable development of UGGp etc.

Dali-Cangshan UNESCO Global Geopark is a geopark with rich ethical culture and various geoheritages in Southwest China.  A twinning agreement between Alxa DUGGp and Dali-Cangshan UGGp was signed in September 2013.
