For a better protection of geoheritages resources, the remote monitoring system is completely installed recently at several geoheritage sites in ADUGGp, such as Yinderitu Lake, Suminjilin Lake,Badain Lake in Badain Jaran Desert.  The set up of the system was fully supported by the Administration for ADUGGp and local authorities.  It is easy to manipulate, capture clear images with extensive coverage of remote geoheritage.  Next, the plans are to extend the application of the system for tourism security and emergency rescue purpose.

One of the signature geoheritage of ADUGGp - Badain Jaran Desert.  It has not only high tourism value but more scientific value thanks to the mega-dunes, the widest coverage of singing sand, oasis and desert lakes etc..  Therefore, it has great significance to protect geoheritages in geopark for both ecological civilization construction and sustainable development .

The successful application of remote monitoring system is working in geoheritage conservation and reducing the costs of labor and financial resource, realizing the goal of sustainable development of ADUGGp.
